Dave Parsons has been riding bikes for over 20 years and is fully licensed to drive most vehicles including motorcycles, cars, PSVs and HGV Class 1 vehicles.

He has been an instructor for six years joining the successful partnership Safe and Sure created by Ed and Pauline Elliott who themselves have trained generations of riders.
